So someone will need to move that [[Vehicles\|vehicle]] for you to login on that [[Character]]. The question is, do you remember where he was when he last logged out? Which tent? Which base? Go there, find a vehicle, move it, and try logging in on that [[Character]] again. This is why it is preferred for characters with a vehicle to log out while driving - click car to exit to map, and log out while on the map. That way you cannot be blocking anyone from logging in.
