This weapon is not at all a standard item to be used in combat. It appears only as a remnant of an earlier era, when wars were fought on a much larger scale. You will occasionally see one of these big pieces of heavy artillery in various around The World:
- Inside the cave hideout where the mutants guard the Gunrunners stolen plans.
- At the Boneyard recovery clinic, where you can get a quest for Jargo.
- Another one is found in one of the Special Encounters.
- Find a working Howitzer in Barter Ground, which can be loaded and fired at Enclave Vertibirds. Find the crash site, but prepare for a tough fight!
