Buy Cigarettes for Buster

Talk to Buster (The dwarf in the guns tent). He will ask you to get him some cigarettes from the Rawhide Saloon.

Talk to Mira, the bartender at the Rawhide Saloon, just outside the city's main gate, to get the Cigarettes.

Deliver them to Buster, and he will reward you.

NOTE: If you ask Buster for a Lighter, after giving him Cigarettes, you'll get an error message in the Pip-Boy, instead of the "Quest Completed" entry, though you'll still get the XP, Caps and a Leather Jacket. In order to prevent this bug from occurring and to get the correct entry, choose the other dialog option instead: "Hey, thanks! I'll try it out right away! [Leave]"
