In the Den, BoS Paladin Fox Mcluud can give you this quest to clear Sky Tower from "Fallen Paladins".
This is a massive, complicated building with numerous levels and up/down staircases that lead even a strong party on Drugs into meat-grinder shootouts with tough enemies. There are many containers to search, if you can survive long enough to reach them, including wall safes, bookcases, lockers, etc. Bring as many people with you as possible.
NOTE: If you bring your cars or Followers here, don't leave them for long. The location will timeout and disappear (reported 20 irl hours) and cars parked here will be lost, and followers will vanish, and your Party Points will reflect this.
This is the largest dungeon in the game, and players often get lost inside the building and forget where to go to exit. Not many have seen all of it. The location can be near Themepark, in the middle of the worst ruins.
