In Hub, talk with a certain traveling merchant. Then on a forgotten highway surrounded by a forest, you find this place where Silver Geckos and Golden Geckos graze. You may notice an inverted truck in a puddle of green radioactive waste (with no radiation effect) and some abandoned chests here and there.
NOTE: Do not park a vehicle here for long! This location is on a timer and will disappear and you can lose a car. It does last a while but people have been known to lose vehicles this way.
