This perk should grant buff mentioned below, but obstacles and walls do not have sneak bonus implemented yet.

The Ghost perk gives a +30 bonus to Sneak whenever the player who took it finds himself within 5 hexes from a wall.

Note: The perk will not increase the skill past its 300% cap.
