A Master Thief is proficient at stealing. He is able to attempt his thievery twice as often as his less skilled counterparts.
Master Thief is a support perk.
It can be obtained during a conversation with a rather shady individual that is known to hang around Old Town, the easternmost district of the Hub. When dealing with the aforementioned thug, extreme caution is advised.
