NPC-driven factions, are those that are not lend by living players. They cannot make Town Controls, but can paricipate in other parts of PVP, such as New Reno fights, or normal PK. We have few such factions: -Vault City -Enclave -Brotherhood of Steel -Raiders -Bounty Hunters -Desert Hunters -Scavengers (Joining Bounty Hunters, and DH are not possible.)
