PvP viable

A piece of weaponry, no matter which Combat Skill it falls under, is considered PvP viable if it is often seen being used in battle by Players. Tier 4 weapons (Bozar,Gauss Rifle,etc.) are an exception. Since they are very rare you wont see them in combat so often, but you will surely notice their presence on the battlefield.
