- Pretty Boy Lloyd in the Salvatores Bar (Center district).
- Kitty in the Cat's Paw (South district).

If Your Speach skill is between 51% and 80 % you will receive a 10mm Pistol and 10mm JHP ammo instead of the 9mm Mauser, 395 caps and 800 exp.
If Your Speach skill is above 81 % you will receive a Sawed-off shotgun and shells instead of the pistols, 495 caps and 1000 exp.
