- It can be bought for 1000 caps from "Doc" Andrew.
- Can be found from footlockers in urban areas
Uses
Raises First Aid skill by 25% when equiped in active slot. Unfortunately, skill raise doesn't affect cooldown and this item might disappear after some uses.
