This place looks like a warzone! Wonder what's going on? It doesn't look very safe though… there's people with guns everywhere!
The Winston Family Mansion is a location on the east coast of the map.
It appears that Winston Family is resisting arrest by Cops, wearing NCR Ranger Armor.
If combat is triggered Cops will try to fight Junior, a massive 6750HP mutant holding Incinerator
If PC tries to interact with members of Winston Family, he will see messages like: "This is my last stand", "This is my Legacy", "Youll never take me", and "Goddamn Coppers".
