Fuzzy Painting for Risto

Risto is in the Maltese Falcon, but this quest is apparently broken. It does not show up in the Pip-Boy, nor is it completed by bringing a Fuzzy Painting back to him.

NOTE: It appears this quest was changed; he might want you to find a Tape Recorder now, instead of a painting, but only after navigating dialogue options just right.
