A RobCo Stealth Boy 3001 personal stealth device. Generates a modulating field that transmits the reflected light from one side of an object to the other.
Having active Stealth Boy in one of active slots gives +60% to the Sneak skill (will not increase above cap, but can be used to mitigate penalties).
This item can sometimes be found in Glow, and in random footlockers.
