Water Supply for Alpha Bunker

I must now head to the Water Merchants and allocate a supply of water for the Alpha Bunker. This should be easy.

This is an easy message-delivery mission that bridges between two tougher assignments. It turns out, the master merchant woman in Water Merchants may have a little crush on Maxson, so she's eager to strike their deal with BoS.
