Season 3:
Fast Reload was merged into Quick Pockets perk, so is no longer a Leveling or Support perk, but is still a benefit inherent to certain weapons (see below).
With this perk your weapon can be reloaded for 1 AP less than normally.
The following weapons have the Fast Reload perk:
