"Doctor" Andrew is a doctor located inside the clinic building in the Courtyard area of Vault City. Like other doctors, he teaches the doctor profession, offers healing for a fee, and sells medical supplies.

"Doctor" Andrew is the only NPC in the game that sells the First Aid Kit and Field Medic First Aid Kit.

Talking to him is required to initiate the Medical Investigation quest.
