Builds: BG Sniper

Use this energy sniper build, but make the following changes:

• Tag Big Guns instead of Energy Weapons
• Swap weapons 1 and 2 to Light Support Weapon and Minigun
• Swap weapons 3 and 4 to Rocket Launcher and (your choice).
