You start this adventure having ducked a sandstorm from inside a cellar hole under some tent.

  • Use the ladder to climb out, and run south to talk to J.D.
  • Ask him if you can travel with them and get the quest to deliver a message. Your first quest!
  • Also talk with Kris, the guy at the watering hole.
  • Get Kris talking about how to obtain water, and get your first 50 xp.
  • Grab the water bag from the ground near the water's edge, and exit this Starting Location.
