Scoped is a weapon perk that adds a 32% bonus to your chance to hit targets that are 8 or more hexes away from you. At the range of 7 or fewer hexes, however, it causes your chance to hit to drop to only 5%.
The only weapon featuring this perk is Scoped Hunting Rifle.
