This article talks about a retired feature.

The game is constantly updating. Mechanics may be dropped between patches and seasons. Perks are sometimes merged, items added/removed, etc.

Weakness is a state that a player might find himself/herself in under certain circumstances. The weakened player cannot be healed using the First Aid skill, unless the person attempting to help him has the Blessed Are the Weak perk.

Weakness may result from a critical failure when using the First Aid skill, or death. Its duration is random, ranging from 3 to 8 minutes.

To remove the effect, one has to use the Doctor skill on the weakened person, be it himself/herself or another player. It is important to remember, however, that the higher the level of the weakened character, the higher the Doctor skill that is required to successfully remove his/her weakness.

To ensure the successful healing of an n-level player's weakness, the healer's Doctor skill must be higher than or equal to 10%×n.
