• A certain Telltale mission.
• Possibly from the quest You Call This Soup?
• Can also be acquired during the Mark of the Wanderer quest.
• 6 of them can be easily obtained during Wacky Wasteland quest.

Uses

• Bartering this item for currency with an NPC is affected by Barter and reputations, unfortunately. It's not the best use of this item.
• Can be traded in at a bank for 90 caps through dialog options. Currently best known use of this item.
