Your orders are to investigate the disappearance of "Delta Squad", last seen in "Cathedral in LA" but that location leads to Crater in Boneyard, which is not where Delta Squad went. There was some confusion, and you are actually supposed to look for clues in Cathedral on the east coast, south of San Francisco. There is a boy inside the church named Thomas. He might be a bit traumatized, but he will point you to a hidden basement with a ghastly scene.
NOTE: You will go there alone - anyone else in your party will be left in the church. Expect multiple serious fights, very challenging alone.
