A RobCo Stealth Boy 3001 personal stealth device. Generates a modulating field that transmits the reflected light from one side of an object to the other.
+30% to Sneak when active, is recharged with MFC/SEC (will not increase above cap, but can be used to mitigate penalties).
This item can sometimes be found in Glow, Ares Rocket Silo, and in random footlockers.
Note: With Stealth Girl support perk you can use Stealth Boys twice as long.
