Looks like there's an Abandoned Hotel far to the east of Vault 15. The ruins of a once prosperous city named "Ridgecrest" have now become home to random gang bangers, and a variety of criminals alike. Now that I have its location, I can harass them as much as I want.

Get the location by talking with a random Holy Person.

Is this really a quest? Or is it a location?
