The Pipe Rifle is a low-tier small gun which can only shoot one bullet each time it is reloaded.
Uses
The Pipe Rifle is useful for low-level marksmen that can't afford .223 FMJ. Pipe Rifles have medium range (20 hex range). It uses 10mm JHP and 10mm AP, and each magazine only holds 1 bullet, so it has to be reloaded every time it is shot. It is not a smart idea to bring it in a PvP battle because won't pierce any opponent's armor, however, it can be usable against low-level critters.
