In the Boneyard, go to the Fortress of the Gunrunners (building surrounded by radioactive goo) and speak to the guard wearing a Combat Armor called Marshal inside the building with the little merchant. If you have a combat skill less than 90%, he will pity you and will teach you a few pointers for a small skill boost.
Requirements
- Small Guns, Big Guns and Energy Weapons skills must be ≤ 90%.
Rewards
- +10% in any of Small Guns, Big Guns, Energy Weapons, Unarmed or Throwing skills.
He no more give a 10mm Pistol and 10mm JHP ammo.
