This Perk allows you to shoot and punch a little faster and still remain as accurate as before. Each attack costs 1 AP less to perform.
This Perk applies to all sorts of attacks with any weapon, including guns, throwing, and melee.
NOTE: This perk is a combination of two classic but retired perks: Bonus Rate of Fire and Bonus Rate of Fire.
