Key Perks
Notice below that no matter which build type you choose, a few Perks are considered nearly mandatory for all characters. They include:
- At least one Lifegiver because Hit Points are that important.
- Even Tougher for tanks. Even some snipers use this one.
- Bonus Rate of Fire or Bonus HtH Attacks so you shoot (or punch) faster.
Avoid These Perks
- Healer. Even a Role-Play medic build will often not have this perk over Adrenaline Rush.
- Earlier Sequence is not a strong benefit in Real-Time compared to Adrenaline Rush.
- Bonus HtH Damage
- Weapon Handling. ST-related penalties to Hit Chance are offset with higher gun skill.
- Livewire unless you're trying some [[Armor Class] plan, but remember AC only works when you're running.
- All of the GAIN perks.
- Ghost
