Key Perks

Notice below that no matter which build type you choose, a few Perks are considered nearly mandatory for all characters. They include:

Healer. Even a Role-Play medic build will often not have this perk over Adrenaline Rush.
Earlier Sequence is not a strong benefit in Real-Time compared to Adrenaline Rush.
Bonus HtH Damage
Weapon Handling. ST-related penalties to Hit Chance are offset with higher gun skill.
Livewire unless you're trying some [[Armor Class] plan, but remember AC only works when you're running.
All of the GAIN perks.

Like a PvE explorer, your first lead-in character, or even a PvP fighter.
