Father Confessor is a priest with an unusually high amount of hitpoints. He is a crazy, creepy preacher in the Church of the Followers of the Apocalypse in the Water Merchants district of the Hub.

Blessing

He offers blessings. For a fee of 50 bottle caps, he will pray and grant you 1 xp.

Donations

He accepts donations, but it's not clear if these donations grant any perks.

Preaching

Asking him what he does, if he's a doctor, is this a church, will make him ramble on about his religion. Your only way to respond is to regard his disposition as severely homosexual. This will cause him to scream something in Latin at you, but it doesn't have any consequences other than that.

Killing children

You start this by telling him that you have sinned. He asks how. You must let him know that you have severe homicidal tendencies. Telling him you've killed people is peanuts for this guy, you need to raise the stakes if you want something more. He will task you with killing every child in the game. Should be somewhere between 660 and 704. The number is entirely variable and it's not sure what are the limits of this range. This task is not logged in the PipBoy as a quest. Accepting will yield the following message in your event log: It appears that the wasteland is suffering from overpopulation. There are simply too many children around. I took a strange job... I need to go to a specific location on my map, and murder a large group of Orphans. What the hell am I becoming?
