Description
Junkyard is a place located three tiles up and one left above San Francisco. It's run by single guy named Todd who, like T-Ray from New Reno, sells and buys certain cars. However in his case to buy a vehicle you have to come to him with a Fuel Cell Controller.

Junkyard is located at Grid 8:22 (central coastal area); while it is near the gateway to hell, to get there you must go around the bay, several grids out of the way and passing through Elronist, Press Gang, and Enclave territory.
