Description
The Junkyard is a place located three tiles up and one left above San Francisco. It's run by single guy named Todd who, like T-Ray from New Reno, sells and buys certain cars. To buy a vehicle you have to come to him with a Fuel Cell Controller.

Junkyard is located at Grid 8:22 (central coastal area); while it is near San Francisco, to get there you must go around the bay, several grids out of the way and passing through Elronist, Press Gang, and Enclave territory.
