Rondo is a member of NCR, and also someone who can train people to make armor.

He can be found in NCR near the crafting bench. He is outside the unusual garage door in the fenced off area wearing Brown Ranger Armour.

You can buy from him Super Tool Kit for 2000 caps.

He sells the following Blueprints:

Metal Armor Mark II - 40000

Tesla Armor - 75000

Metal Mask Mark II - 20000

Tesla Helmet - 40000

Combat Armor -100000

Combat Helmet - 60000
