Raises Repair skill by 50% when equipped in active slot. Can disappear when used, indicating it has been worn out. Other than an Oil Can, this is the best item for boosting Repair skill and getting the best results from repairing gear. Combine its use with Mr. Fixit for optimal Repair results. It is highly recommended to carry at least one of these with you on combat missions.
Obtaining Super Tool Kit
- Can be bought from Rondo in NCR for 2000 caps, or obtained during Explore the stranded ship quest
- Can be found in random Footlockers in city ruins
- One can be obtained in the Gun Runners Caravan Package quest, if you search the tables in the mutant's cave base hideout
- Certain public Dungeons can sometimes have numerous Super Tool Kits
