This is a map to a character's Tent or Farm. It can be read by "using" it, and then the tent/farm location can be seen on The World map. At a Tent, it can be created at the Campfire by the owner of the tent. At a Player Farm, it can be provided by the Farming Assistant.
When you rename a Tent, the new name is shown in the map's item details when the map is selected in Inventory, but only for maps made after renaming. Existing maps for that tent will still show the prior name.
