Eldridge is a weapons merchant and gunsmith who works in New Reno.
He runs New Reno Arms in Commercial District of New Reno. His establishment sells many types of weapons and ammunition, and provides weapons to all crime families in New Reno.
He is part of Brotherhood of Steel's Surveillance missions quest.
