By not paying attention to any threats, you do 10% more damage to enemies but your Damage Resistances are lowered by 10.
NOTE: This Trait no longer affects Armor Class.
Kamikaze cannot reduce your DR below 0%, so it doesn't increase damage taken on unarmored characters. However, if your calculated DR is for example -10% while shown as 0%, the effect of taking Psycho is 5% DR.
