Sally is the youngest member of the farming family, Hasso her dad, Evelyn her mom, and Eric her brother. She is found, along with the rest of them, at the tent in the A Tent in the Wasteland quest. She talks about her father being too scared of the rats to fight them off, but she doesn't seem entirely distraught about being forced out. She is able to Barter, and sells a flower and a Broc Flower, probably from going flower picking in the wasteland.
