He will tell you a story from a long time ago, when he and his robot were prospecting for Gold and found deathclaws and a deep cave too. He tells you the cave had a big giant metal door in the back with a large "13" carved in it. He considered that the "mother lode" and drew a map to the place, but barely made it to Shady Sands alive, and the map was stolen by the doctor when they were patching him up.
