Stackable items do not get bonuses from Crafting, and cannot be dismantled, and do not deteriorate.
NOTE: Since the start of Season 3 you can dismantle packs of Ammunition the size they are crafted in to get some resources.
NOTE: Dismantling of Howitzer Shells gives varying amounts of Advanced Gunpowder.
