| Benefit | HtH attacks knock down your opponent on successful roll against ST +5 Final Damage |
| Penalty | -20 to Critical Power. |
You swing harder, not better. Your attacks are very brutal, but lack finesse. You rarely cause a good critical (-20 critical power), but you always do more Unarmed damage (+5 final damage). Additionally, all your unarmed attacks knock down the opponent if a successful Strength roll is made.
The Strength roll to determine whether the opponent is knocked down is:
| Weapon in hand | Penalty to Strength |
|---|---|
| None (Default) | 6 |
| Brass Knuckles | 5 |
| Spiked knuckles | 5 |
| Power Fist | 4 |
| Mega Power Fist | 3 |
NOTE: So not all Heavy-Handed hits cause knockdowns. At ST 10 expect about:
- 50% knockdowns with Spiked Knuckles,
- 60% with Power Fist,
- 70% with Mega Power Fist.
