Destroy the Super Mutant Camp

Rise among the ranks of the Brotherhood of Steel.

The quartermaster is in a bad mood when you first approach him to get this next assignment. He yells at you and makes you do pushups until you're huffing and puffing. But it's all just meant to toughen you up for your next assignment...

I now need to eliminate the Super Mutant General of a mutant's camp far to the east...The only question is, how am I going to kill him without alerting the entire camp?

No spoilers. The camp appears on The World map as a medium-sized marker east or south-east of Necropolis. It is surrounded by a long double-fence, and is well-populated. Expect multiple tough fights.

NOTE: If you do not see this location marked on your map, go back into Lost Hills and speak again with the quartermaster. You might get dialogue to ask him for a reminder, which you will get after a bunch more push-ups.

Requirements

• First, complete the prior mission: Establish BoS Trade Agreement with Gunrunners

Rewards

• 10k XP from the quartermaster
• 1000 BoS Faction Points
• Promoted to Senior Squire after he makes you do a bunch of push-ups!
• Next assignment: Water Supply for Alpha Bunker

Bugs

• It is possible for the mutant general not to spawn thus halting the progress of the entire quest line.
