Standing in the middle of 2nd Street, just outside the Jungle Gym, near Franchy, Sims, Paine, Three Card Monte and Rico. He will call you a "pilot" and say you need some Jet. He claims to sell a lot of Jet but seems to only sell a few items from his Inventory, and nothing through dialogue. He only has a few items in inventory so it's hard to take him seriously as a Jet supplier. He claims he was in a fight defending a girl from some "UGLY" thug, who drew a knife and got in a "lucky cut" before Jimmy canceled him. His story varies sharply from Jules' version, which is that he cut himself shaving while high on Jet.
