The Abandoned Howitzer Special Encounter will have two ammo crates with good items. You'll find more Howitzer Shells than you can carry in one, and one of following sets of armors:
- Brotherhood Armor + Brotherhood Combat Helmet
- Enclave Armor + Enclave Combat Helmet
- NCR Ranger Armor + Mirrored Shades. (NCR Helm and Body; Didn't find Shades.)
Remember you can dismantle the big shells and get Advanced Gunpowder by using Science.
