A unique encounter you can get from Trappers, but be warned: it is populated by many creatures that will chase you and swarm you. Some loot there includes Gold Nuggets on the ground, some containers with a few useful things, and some creatures can be looted.
This location will remain for over 3 RT hours, but can only be seen by the quest-taker, even after others have been brought there. You can park cars in it, but not a Vertibird. Hostiles do not return once defeated.
