Hank

Hank is glowing ghoul maintaining the reactor in Gecko. His knowledge of reactor and nuclear energy is wide. Hank also knows a lot about energy class weapons and for caps he will teach you the Energy Expert profession, although you will need some decent Charisma to speak with him.

Hank is located inside the reactor building, near the core control room.
