Hank is glowing ghoul worker in the power plant in Gecko, with a vast knowledge of reactor and nuclear energy. Hank knows a lot about energy class weapons and for Caps he will teach you the Energy Expert profession.

Hank is located inside the reactor building, near the core control room, and will strongly advise you not to access the core area. "You'd fry to a crisp, smoothy."

NOTE: Regardless of Hank's advice, you can open the door and proceed beyond the control room, but whatever radiation is there will not quickly affect you. A red valve control appears to be working, but does nothing.

Hank also refers to a computer terminal nearby that allows remote control use of a maintenance robot that's on the inside where the core is supposed to be Radiated.

NOTE: There is in deed a Mr Handy robot (60 HP) in the core area, but apparently no way to operate it, and the only working terminal is right there in the control room behind Hank, but even it does not seem to do anything.
