Harold is a ghoul who lives in Gecko. He has been in the Fallout storyline from the beginning. He was born before the Great War.
He is a special being, and result of FEV and radiation exposure, so he is unlike regular ghouls which have only mutated as a result of radiation exposure.
As a merchant and town leader, Harold is involved in trading and Town Control.
