A LOCK can be used to lock lockers, doors, etc.
Note: If player lock some door with LOCK with Lockpick skill 200%, that lock can be lockpicked by another player only with MIN Lockpick skill of 200%.
(For locking Vehicles doors with LOCK, info and update need to be checked.)
