She can heal broken limbs, and make Antidotes for you if you bring Scorpion Tails to her.
NOTE: If dialogue with her gets disabled, it's probably right after almost solving the water problem. You simply need to go talk with the bartender to complete that quest. After that, you can dialogue with the doctor again.
